They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff very attentive. There was ceviche with cangil and chifles! They refilled my black tea. Fresh squeezed orange juice! The pool was heated. You could swim at night!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The reception staff is also wonderful. They provide breakfast delivered to the rooms in the mornings as well as fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. The location is also excellent as the street the hotel is on is filled with great restaurants. It’s also in close proximity to the historic center. I would highly recommend staying here.
